Internal Pressure Jig

The internal pressure jig was a project with Savanna Engineering to redevelop an existing standard machine with new internal workings to improve capture and speed up the retrieval of gems and ingots.  The IPJ is used extensively in the mining industry to separate gold and diamonds from gravel and dirt slurry. Testing proceeded well and the first prototype is in use in Sierra Leone.

"Savana Engineering has been using Jeffery Neal Engineering to design and develop our mining equipment for the last year.  Working from concepts and hand sketches, he has never failed to improve on existing designs and has created some great pieces of equipment. His designs are both simple and impressive, and hopefully provide my company with that edge we are looking for.    He is a brilliant engineer, and loves being challenged!"  Wyatt Yeager, Managing Director, Savana Engineering.
