Knife Sharpening Jig
A recent client in the knife sharpening business had need of a modification to his existing grinding wheel. He needed a clamp that would hold serrated knives at a precise angle, with a small bit of flexibilty to allow for smoothing the edges. The clamp had to accomodate serrated chef's knives up to 14” long, and had to be able to step along that length in certain increments. The client received a file with all design files and production drawings in the end.
