INSTALLATION / TESTING
You have your parts, you have your tools, now it is time to assemble and test the machine. Simple jigs and complex machines all require tools and labour to install, followed by some sort of real-world testing. Does the product fit in the nest with out damage? Can the operator perform his duties efficiently? Does reality match up with the design?
Knowledge of the machine design is vital during this stage. It helps to know which parts are assembled in what position, and what order they should be assembled in. As the designers, Jeffery Neal Engineering would have this knowledge and would be well suited to completing the installation and testing. On or off site, we would ensure that the machine was ready for production as soon as possible.

Not only does the experience gained by doing this improve subsequent designs, but it helps the installation to go smoothly, as he knows the design and assembly priorities.
