FIRST DESIGN
Starting from an idea or a sketch, the next step is to take your design to a fully realized 3D model. Using the latest CAD software, Jeffery Neal Engineering can quickly make it happen. For anything from a single part up to large assemblies, 3D modelling is a great way to see your design.
The design can be very fluid at this stage, and this is where our skill comes out. With a few clicks, parts can be modified, assemblies can be re-arranged, and dimensions altered. When a model is on screen, it can be rotated and manipulated to be seen from all sides and angles. Collisions and interference can be avoided, missing ties and holes can be made, greatly reducing the prototyping cycle and cost. This allows the concept drawing to be proven to the satisfaction of both the customer and Jeffery Neal Engineering.
This is the stage where most of the mechanical design issues can be worked out. Jeffery Neal Engineering will work closely with the customer to ensure that the best mechanical design solution is used for the project, keeping in mind the original design parameters and costing limits.
